Run number and the corresponding Pulser and readout settings are indicated in
the following list. 
The files are named according to the following convention:
- ramp-type: delay_ or dac_
- run-number: rXXXXXX_
- adc-crate: cX
- adc-card:  aX_
- number of channels: chXX  only if less than a adc card is in the file
.paw or .root for indicating which output

The hbook files contain histograms for each channel, containing 
- the number of events per step
- the mean value of ADC counts per step
- the sigma of ADC counts per step
the lower bin boundary indicates the delay value of the given step.
The ramp histograms start for the first channel at nb. 5
