Subject: offline calibration @ collaboration meeting 

	Dear calibrators,

during the last year, we had our "offline calorimeter calibration"
meetings on Tuesdays before the collaboration meeting. 
As for the collabortation meeting next week the new JES-group has
its meeting forseen on Wendesday morning, we would probably have
a lot of overlap between the two meetings.

Therefore we propose for this collaboration meeting, to cancel our meeting
and to split the presentations, such as evrything concerned with JES would
be presented on Wendesday (9-10:30 9th circle) and everything concerned
with intercalibration and first energy scales for the calorimeter would be
presented in the Calorimeter Software & Commissoning Meeting on Thursday 
(8:30-10:00 Curia II). So, could you please send your contributions to the
corresponding convenors - JES: Anna Goussiou/Bob Kehoe; Calo Soft & Com:
Lee Sawyer/Ursula Bassler.

We think that it would be still useful to have a combined meeting for the
em+had calibration during the collaboration meetings, and after a
discussion during our last meeting in Lyon, we'll continue to meet in
Europe in between the collaboration meetings at Fnal. More detailed
discussion about how to organise this will take place at Fermilab next
week with the corresponding convenors.
